2 Tomato
2 Cucumbers
1 Cup of Chickpeas
1\4 Cup of Onion (cutting)
2 Big spoons of Green Coriander
2 Big spoons of Olive Oil
1 Big spoon of Lemon juice
salt and pepper
- we cut the Tomato and the Cucumbers into small pieces
- If the Chickpeas was canned its better to wash it with hot water,and if it was dry then we must be Soaked with hot water,washed and boiled.
- we mix all the ingredients and be left in the fridge.
