Chickpeas Salad




2 Tomato
2 Cucumbers
1 Cup of Chickpeas
1\4 Cup of Onion (cutting)
2 Big spoons of  Green Coriander
2 Big spoons of Olive Oil
1 Big spoon of Lemon juice
salt and pepper 
  • we cut the Tomato and the Cucumbers into small pieces 
  • If the Chickpeas was canned its better to wash it with hot water,and if it was dry then we must be  Soaked with hot water,washed and boiled.
  • we mix all the  ingredients and be left in the fridge.

Burger Salad

1 squash ,small piece of lettuce,slice of burger,low-fat cheese,Mayonnaise, ketchup,salt,water.



we boil the squash with little of water,till the squash get melt

and put the burger on the grill

when its done we cut it to small pieces
 

we add the cheese and the burger to the squash
and finally the lettuce,not for a long time just to make it wither 

and the final shape is this :

The Protein Diet

  1. Breakfast: two eggs cook up with a cup of tea without sugar.
  2. Lunch: Chicken, meat, fish, shrimp (type of one of them) with a green salad.
  3. Dinner: same lunch


Forbidden:
  • Starches such as Rice and Pasta all kinds,Bread  brown and white,flour bread (zwieback), Potatoes, and others.
  • Sugar,honey, date, fruits and nuts, and tomatoes (only in the first week).
  • Some kinds of fruits such as grapes and persimmon, bananas, canned fruits of all kinds.
  • Milkshake and ketchup  coffee (only if mitigating or without caffeine ).
  • Fast food , pizza and ketchup.
  • Alcoholic drinks and energy drinks.
  • Sleeping immediately after eating.

Allowed:
  • Chicken and cow and goat, fish, ducks, turkeys, and mortadella sausage.
  • Mushrooms, eggs,mayonnaise.
  • Milk (without sugar) and milk and yogurt and Full-fat cheese types .. Mozzarella and Almadita, French and Hungarian.
  • Drinking more than 12 glass of water on a daily.
